If eating ice cream and drinking cold drinks makes your teeth hurt, you are probably suffering from cold-sensitive teeth.Home Remedies for Cold-Sensitive Teeth Avoid Cold and Acidic Foods: If you have teeth sensitive to cold, try to avoid biting into very cold foods—for example, lick your ice cream instead of biting into it.Use a Soft Toothbrush: A soft-bristled brush can help reduce the gum irritation that may make teeth sensitive. Use a Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth: Sensitivity toothpaste is designed to reduce the cold sensitivity in teeth by treating it at the source: your gum line.ℹ️ For More Information Inbox Us NOW💳 Payment Plans Available📞 Phone: (02) 9755 7755🌎 Website: www.perfectdental.com.au📧 Email: hello@perfectdental.com.au#fairfield #fairfielddentist #liverpooldentist #canleyvaledentist #cabramattadentist #BeforeAndAfter #DentistAustralia #cosmeticdentist #CosmeticDentisty #cosmeticdentistsydney #Newsmile #dentalpractice #westernsydneydentist #dentalcheck #dentalhygiene #crowns #dentalimplant #veneers #childdentistry #dentistforkids #familydentist #teethwhitening #smilemakeover #smiledesign #filling #toothfilling

MAKE REGULAR TRIPS TO THE DENTIST!Making regular visits to the dentist for oral examinations and cleaning is one of the best ways to reduce the risk of tooth decay developing. The Australian Dental Association recommends that children should have an oral health assessment once they have developed their first tooth or when they are 12 months old. Ensuring regular trips to your dental practitioner can assist in diagnosing and treating any oral conditions that could cause damage to your family’s teeth.DR. Caroline loves to work with kids. It’s best for children to avoid eating sugary foods, but it’s understandable that they want to have an occasional treat from time to time. If this is the case, here are some steps you can take to prevent damage to your children’s (and your own) teeth when they consume sugar:- Drink plenty of water.- Consume treats over short periods of time.- Drink soda with a straw.- Brush and floss at least twice a day is recommended, as well as flossing several times a week. - Visit a Children’s Dentist:One of the most effective ways to combat tooth decay is to visit the dentist regularly. Your child’s first dental appointment should be scheduled as soon as the first tooth erupts. He or she should attend regular dental cleaning and exams every six months following the first appointment.#fairfield #fairfielddentist #liverpooldentist #canleyvaledentist #cabramattadentist #BeforeAndAfter #DentistAustralia #cosmeticdentist #CosmeticDentisty #cosmeticdentistsydney #Newsmile #dentalpractice #westernsydneydentist #dentalcheck #dentalhygiene #crowns #dentalimplant #veneers #childdentistry #dentistforkids #familydentist #teethwhitening #smilemakeover #smiledesign #filling #sugar
Since you were a kid you have probably heard the expression “sugar rots your teeth” several times. Although sugar does not do the damage to your teeth itself, it does contribute to dental decay!Sugar plays a harmful role in tooth decay. The bacteria that forms together to become plaque uses sugar as a form of energy. They multiply faster and the plaque grows in size and thickness. Some of the bacteria turns the sugar into a sort of glue that they use to stick themselves to the tooth surface. This makes it harder for the bacteria to get washed away with your saliva.#fairfield #fairfielddentist #liverpooldentist #canleyvaledentist #cabramattadentist #BeforeAndAfter #DentistAustralia #cosmeticdentist #CosmeticDentisty #cosmeticdentistsydney #Newsmile #dentalpractice #westernsydneydentist #dentalcheck #dentalhygiene #crowns #dentalimplant #veneers #childdentistry #dentistforkids #familydentist #teethwhitening #smilemakeover #smiledesign #filling
What Is Tooth Discoloration?Tooth discoloration is when the color of your teeth change. They don’t look as bright or white as they should. Your teeth may darken, turn from white to different colors, or develop white or dark spots in places.Treatment options to whiten teeth can vary depending on the cause of the discoloration and may include:- Using tooth brushing and flossing techniques- Avoiding the foods and beverages that cause stains etc.#fairfield #fairfielddentist #liverpooldentist #canleyvaledentist #cabramattadentist #BeforeAndAfter #DentistAustralia #cosmeticdentist #CosmeticDentisty #cosmeticdentistsydney #Newsmile #dentalpractice #westernsydneydentist #dentalcheck #dentalhygiene #crowns #dentalimplant #veneers #childdentistry #dentistforkids #familydentist #teethwhitening #smilemakeover #smiledesign #filling
Coffee. Most of us live and die by the bean. But what is it doing to our oral health?1. STAINAfter drinking coffee, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash, then brush your teeth 30 minutes after drinking coffee.2. DRY MOUTHDrink more water! A lack of saliva in the mouth will cause an increase in your susceptibility to cavities and bad breath.3. CAVITIESWhen drinking coffee with creamer and/or sugar, you’re creating an environment that promotes cavities. The bacteria in your mouth that cause cavities feed off these items. If you must use a sweetener, use one that’s 0 calories as the bacteria in your mouth can’t process them.4. ACID EROSIONAlthough coffee is not as acidic as drinks like soda or lemonade, it is still worth mentioning. Therefore, wait at least 30 minutes after consuming an acidic beverage before brushing your teeth. Rinse your mouth with water prior to brushing as well.#fairfield #fairfielddentist #liverpooldentist #canleyvaledentist #cabramattadentist #BeforeAndAfter #DentistAustralia #cosmeticdentist #CosmeticDentisty #cosmeticdentistsydney #Newsmile #dentalpractice #westernsydneydentist #dentalcheck #dentalhygiene #crowns #dentalimplant #veneers #childdentistry #dentistforkids #familydentist #teethwhitening #smilemakeover #smiledesign #filling
